Returning the Country to the People

Back to the Four Pillars

Sometimes we get tangled up in big words – security, economy, diplomacy. But the truth is simple: all of our problems stem from one thing – we forgot who we are. Think of a child at school. There is a bully picking on him. If the child starts to apologize, grovel, or enter into 'negotiations' with the bully, everyone knows what will happen: the bully will trample him even more. But if the child stands tall, projects self-confidence and belief in the justice of his path – the bully will back down.

This is exactly how we are as a nation. Every time we tried to please the world – we received a wave of antisemitism, boycotts, terrorism, and pressure. And every time we projected strength and faith – like in the Six-Day War – we received appreciation, respect, and cooperation. The Land of Israel is not ownerless. It is the Promised Land of the Jewish people, not a gift from the UN nor some grace of the nations of the world. We are here by right, not by grace.

And not only the land – us too. The People of Israel have qualities that no other nation has: boundless kindness, mutual responsibility that holds us together even in the most difficult moments, creativity that changed the world, infinite dedication and heroism. We are always greater than the sum of our parts – because we are part of a giant story. But for all of this to actually happen, we must shift to a different consciousness – we must return the State to the people! No longer a small state reacting to threats – but a nation that knows who it is, stands tall, and leads from its identity. And this is exactly the role of Zehut. No longer patch upon patch, but a vision that restores our faith, connects us to our identity, and projects strength inward and outward. A nation that returned to its land after two thousand years was not meant to fear. It was meant to lead.

Israel will not only survive – it will become a superpower and show the world what a nation that lives and fulfills its destiny looks like.

Liberty

No longer a struggle against bureaucracy, coercion, and regulation, but a state that returns liberty to its citizens. When we return the State to the people, every individual will be able to choose their life out of personal and community responsibility. The State will not dictate, but will enable. This is the foundation for initiative, innovation, and prosperity.

Identity

We have paid an enormous price for losing our way and fleeing from our story. It is time for us to reconnect to who we are. When we return the State to the people, every child will grow up with their identity clear to them: a child of the eternal nation, a continuation of the chain of generations, living in the land given to them – and from this stems their sovereignty. A clear identity is a strength that grants self-confidence and national confidence.

Meaning

No longer a daily survival without a horizon, but a clear purpose. When we return the State to the people, personal life and national life gain meaning: to be a free nation in our land, and to bring the message of identity and liberty to the world. We are not just another small state reacting to threats – but a superpower leading the way.

A Lean and Efficient State

No longer a cumbersome and bloated apparatus that wastes public funds, but a lean state that functions efficiently and with clarity. When we return the State to the people, the government will focus only on the essentials: security, justice, national infrastructure. Everything else will return to the citizens, communities, and free initiatives. A lean state is a strong state.

Strong Communities

No longer a citizen dependent on the state – but independent and flourishing communities. When we return the State to the people, every community will be able to establish educational, cultural, and welfare institutions according to its values, out of free choice. The State will not enforce uniformity, but will allow a diverse flourishing that strengthens the entire society – without coercion, internal struggles, or hatred.

A Balanced Judicial System

No longer a judicial system disconnected from the nation's values, dictating foreign values and expropriating powers not its own – but a system of justice based on the eternal values of the People of Israel, protecting civil rights and the identity of the state. When we return the State to the people, the judicial system will stand in its proper place: to safeguard the law and individual liberties, without ruling in place of the public's elected representatives. The sovereignty of the people will be preserved, and true justice will prevail.

Free and Identity-Building Education

No more a suffocating and uniform state education system – but education that grows a free, enterprising generation with an identity. In Israel as a Jewish-Israeli superpower, parents are responsible for their children's education. The state returns the tools, the budget, and the responsibility to them. A diverse education system will allow every child to grow out of curiosity, self-belief, and a deep connection to their roots.

Strong Family

No more dismantling of the family through state intervention and the instillation of progressive values – but rebuilding the social backbone. In Israel as an Israeli-Jewish superpower, the family returns to being the focus of life. The state will take its hands off the family, strengthen parents' rights, and ensure a stable framework from which a robust society is built.

Welfare Out of Responsibility

No more dependence on suffocating welfare mechanisms – but community responsibility and real support for the needy. In Israel as an Israeli-Jewish superpower, the social safety net will be built around free communities and non-profit organizations, out of mutual trust. Instead of a failed and alienated mechanism – warm, close, and efficient welfare. The National Insurance Institute will stop serving as a pipeline for funding and encouraging non-Jewish communities hostile to the State of Israel. Real health and not a branch of the pharma industry: no more a public system captive to pharmaceutical companies and the World Health Organization, which has been revealed to cooperate with Hamas. In Israel as an Israeli-Jewish superpower, every citizen will receive high-quality medical care, at the time and place they need it. The state will open free competition between health funds and insurance companies, and ensure that everyone can choose the path that suits them.

Free and Diverse Media

No more a media monopoly that distorts reality – but an open market of opinions and voices. In Israel as an Israeli-Jewish superpower, freedom of expression will truly be guaranteed: every voice will be heard, every idea will be able to compete in the free market of ideas. An independent press will serve the public – not the elites.

Free Economy

No more bureaucracy, tariffs, and favoritism – but real economic freedom. A promise: in Israel as a Jewish-Israeli superpower, the market will be open, competitive, and creative. We will eliminate artificial barriers, open markets, and unleash initiatives. The result: wealth will not stop at the state but will reach the citizens.

Lowering the Cost of Living

No more state intervention that makes every product more expensive – but a free market that lowers prices. In Israel as an Israeli-Jewish superpower, prices will drop dramatically thanks to the elimination of tariffs and unnecessary standards, opening imports, and removing monopolies. Every family's salary will go further, providing a sense of true abundance.

Accessible Housing Throughout the Country

No more young couples suffocating under a mortgage – but free construction and a thriving real estate market. In Israel as an Israeli-Jewish superpower, state lands will be transferred by lottery to every Jewish family. Planning and construction will take place out of freedom and not out of a suffocating bureaucracy. Families will be able to purchase a home in all parts of the country, at reasonable prices, without depending on committees and cronies.

Industry and Entrepreneurship

No more an economy dependent on the grace of government – but an 'ecosystem' of creation and innovation. In Israel as an Israeli-Jewish superpower, entrepreneurs, farmers, and industrialists will receive absolute freedom to create, export, and develop. Bureaucracy will be reduced, taxes will be cut – and Israel will stand at the global forefront as an economic-technological superpower.

Abundance as a Basis for Liberty

No more poverty and dependence – but wealth that enables personal and social independence. In Israel as an Israeli-Jewish superpower, every citizen will be able to support their family with dignity, initiate, dream, and build. Economic abundance is not a luxury – it is the condition for true liberty.

Personal Security for Every Jew

No more fear in the streets, abandoned mixed cities, north and south handed over to criminals and protection rackets – but full security everywhere in the country. When we return the state to the people, every Jew will be able to walk safely on every street, in the heart of every city, and in every community. The police will stand by the citizen and not against them, and the state will protect its citizens with strength and will not abandon them to nationalistic crime.

An End to Selective Enforcement

No more a situation where the state persecutes law-abiders and ignores criminals – but one law for everyone. When we return the state to the people, the law will be enforced with full equality: whoever violates it will be punished, and whoever keeps it will receive protection. No more favoritism, no more fear of criminals. It's so basic!

True Civil Liberty

No more a citizen stripped of rights in front of a state that monitors them – but personal liberty as a basis for trust. When we return the state to the people, we will protect civil rights: the right to carry weapons for self-defense, the right to freedom of expression, and the right to a life without unnecessary state intrusion into privacy.

An End to 'Rounds' Against Crime

No more localized and superficial treatment – but real defeat. When we return the state to the people, the state will not 'manage the conflict' against crime, but will defeat it. Whoever 'raises a hand' against the state or its citizens – will be arrested, deported, or severely punished.

Liberty and Security Together

No more dilemma between liberty and security – but a winning combination. When we return the state to the people, personal security will be guaranteed not out of oppression, but out of liberty: a state that returns power to the citizen, yet backs them with its strength.

Decisive Victory Instead of 'Conflict Management'

No more endless rounds, no more 'arrangement' with an enemy that continues to arm itself – but a clear decisive victory. When we return the state to the people, the IDF and the state leadership will return to defeating Israel's enemies. We will not settle for temporary ceasefires! We will restore to the people a sense of true security and a life without a sword at their neck.

Full Sovereignty in All Parts of the Country

No more abandoned territories or 'control zones' for a hostile entity, but full Israeli sovereignty. When we return the state to the people, we will apply sovereignty over Judea, Samaria, and the Gaza Strip, ensure secure borders along the entire country, and eliminate the 'Authority' model that has become a threat to our existence. In any territory of our Promised Land from which we are attacked and which consequently falls into our hands, the enemy will be expelled and full Israeli sovereignty will be applied.

Security Based on Independence

No more dependence on American aid or international approval, but standing firm on our own feet. When we return the state to the people, we will build an independent defense industry, ensure technological superiority, and maintain absolute freedom of action against any enemy.

An Army with Meaning

No more forced conscription based on artificial equality – but service founded on identity and purpose. When we return the state to the people, the army will be a place where young Jews receive responsibility and meaning, out of choice and out of connection to the people and the land. The model will ensure both military strength and social resilience.

Security that enables life

No more living in the shadow of constant anxiety, but real security that provides a horizon. When we return the state to the people, we will not only protect the borders, but life itself. National security is not an end in itself – it is the foundation for a prosperous economy, a free society, and a life full of meaning.

Peace through decisive victory, not out of weakness

No more "conflict management", no more illusions of Oslo – but peace based on strength. In Israel as a Jewish-Israeli superpower, we will not negotiate over our very right to live here. We will defeat terrorism decisively, encourage voluntary emigration of hostile populations, and establish a reality in which Israel rules with full sovereignty. Only out of strength will calm and peace also come.

Diplomatic Independence

No more dependence on America, Europe, or the UN – but full independence. In Israel as an Israeli-Jewish superpower, we will conduct a foreign policy based on pure national interest, not on fear of international criticism. We will maintain military, diplomatic, and economic freedom of action – and serve as an example to other nations.

Jerusalem – The Beating Heart

No more a divided city or one subject to debate – but a united and sovereign capital. In Israel as an Israeli-Jewish superpower, Jerusalem will stand at the center of Jewish and international sovereignty. We will establish state institutions there, protect the holy sites, and project to the entire world the validity of our historical and faith-based right.

An End to a "Palestinian" State

No more illusion of "two states" – but one stable reality. In Israel as an Israeli-Jewish superpower, another Arab state will never be established between the Jordan and the sea. We will offer the residents of the area only three options: permanent residency, citizenship in rare cases for those who prove full loyalty, or an emigration package. This is a moral, stable, and sustainable solution.

Israel as a Global Beacon

No more an apologetic state – but a state that leads. In Israel as an Israeli-Jewish superpower, we will be a model for the entire world: the people of God who returned to their land after 2,000 years, established a free, sovereign, and moral state in it – and heralds the message of justice and freedom to all nations.

Questions and Answers

General

This is beautiful in vision - but how will you do it in practice?
We are not inventing new solutions, but rather placing the ancient vision of the Jewish people in place of the progressive vision that led to the madness of Oslo and the Simchat Torah massacre. Once the vision is set, we will simply stop preventing it from happening on its own. We will remove all barriers. Today, the state blocks freedom in education, housing, the economy, and governance. The moment power is returned to the citizen and to Jewish identity, reality will change on its own. What about the world? We won't withstand international pressure The world respects strength, not weakness. Every time we tried to find favor with the nations of the world – we were hit with boycotts, terrorism, and antisemitism. Every time we projected strength (like in the Six-Day War), we received recognition and appreciation. Israel as a Jewish-Israeli superpower will be a model for other nations, not an apologetic state.
What about the Arabs living here?
We will offer every person three options: permanent residency; in rare and clear cases of proven loyalty to the State of Israel as a Jewish state, full citizenship will also be possible; and for those who do not desire either of these two options, there will be an emigration track with generous compensation. No more illusion of a "Palestinian state" that will collapse on our heads. Instead of perpetual conflict – clear stability.
What about the economy? Won't it collapse?
Today, the economy is choked by taxes, bureaucracy, and monopolies. Our vision frees the market, removes barriers, and opens up competition – which guarantees lower prices, growth, and abundance. This is not a dream, it is a formula proven successful wherever it has been tried.
How will young people be able to buy an apartment in Israel - the Israeli-Jewish superpower?
When we return the state to the people, the housing market will truly open up, instead of being choked by the state: Land Release: Most of the land in Israel is held by the state (over 90%). Instead of the Israel Land Authority controlling it, land for construction will be raffled off to every Jewish citizen for free construction without monopolies and without unnecessary mediation. Removal of Barriers and Committees: We will eliminate the bureaucracy that chokes construction. No more years of waiting for planning committees, but a short, transparent, and direct process. Elimination of Real Estate Taxes: Purchase tax, levies, and artificial construction taxes will be eliminated. Thus, the price for young people will drop by tens of percent. Construction Throughout the Country: Not just in the center. Judea and Samaria, the Negev, and the Galilee will be opened for large-scale Jewish construction, with advanced transportation infrastructure. Real Competition: When every developer and every young couple can purchase land and build – competition will drive down prices and make a home accessible to everyone. Every young couple will be able to purchase an apartment at a reasonable price, not as a gift from parents and not as an impossible dream. A home will once again be a given, not a privilege for the rich alone.
What will the life of a business owner look like in Israel as an Israeli-Jewish superpower?
In today's Israel, the business owner is often a slave of the state : Endless bureaucracy, choking taxation, changing regulation, inspectors, fines, and constant uncertainty. When we return the state to the people: Entrepreneurial Freedom: The business owner will not beg officials, but will receive full freedom to initiate, open a business, and develop. Licensing and bureaucracy will be reduced to the necessary minimum. Fair and Minimal Taxation: Instead of a complicated and punitive tax system – a simple, low, and transparent tax. The business owner will know exactly how much they are paying, and the money will remain with them to invest in the business. Free Competition: No more favoritism for cronies or a market controlled by a handful of tycoons. Every small business will be able to compete fairly and grow. Business Security: The business owner will not have to fear criminals, protection rackets, or abandonment by the police. Personal and economic security will be guaranteed everywhere. Growing Economy: In an open and free market, with low taxation and reduced bureaucracy – more customers will be able to buy, more businesses will flourish, and more opportunities will open up. The business owner will live a life of creation, not of survival. Their business will be a source of livelihood, pride, and development – not a source of anxiety.
And what about security? Can we really achieve a decisive victory?
Yes. Our enemies feed on our weakness. The moment we restore our belief in the justice of our path, we will win decisively, both militarily and diplomatically. There is no nation as strong as ours when it believes in the justice of its path, and this will happen only (!) through a connection to identity.
In the end, it's all politics – how will this happen if you are not in power?
We offer a vision and not just another patch. The public is thirsty for something real, not "crisis management". The more Israelis connect to the identity and the vision that will return the state to the people, the more the political force that will realize it will arise. This is not a process that will happen overnight, but it is a real and unstoppable process.
What if you fail as you have failed in the past?
Thanks to our many years of activity, Israel today has a movement with a mature vision and a comprehensive platform that gives hope to the general public. The question is not whether we will fail again, but whether the people of Israel can afford to continue on the path that brought them to the terrible crisis – without identity, without sovereignty, and without strength.
Won't it create cultural chaos?
On the contrary – when there is freedom, there is creation. Every community will develop its own educational and cultural institutions, and everyone will compete on quality. This will create cultural abundance, not chaos.
This sounds too messianic. What about secular people?
The idea of returning the country to the people is not a religious plan. Jewish identity belongs to all of us: secular, religious, traditional. This is not religious coercion – this is freedom of identity. Everyone finds their place, out of free choice.
What will a day in the life of a child look like in Israel, the Israeli-Jewish superpower?
No longer a child who receives a uniform, alienated education without roots. Every child will learn out of choice, identity, and belonging. They will wake up for a school that their parents chose for them, learn about their history and heritage with pride, and grow up with real freedom to develop according to their talents.
What will happen with the mixed cities, like Lod, Ramla, and Haifa?
In the current reality, Jews live in fear, and the state is afraid to enforce the law. When we return the state to the people, there will be no abandoned area: the law will be enforced with full equality, and governance will return to every neighborhood. Jews will be able to live anywhere in the country in complete safety – without fear of violence, protection rackets, or affirmative action.
Won't academia or freedom of speech be harmed?
On the contrary. Today, academia and the media suffer from an ideological monopoly – not real freedom. When we return the state to the people, every opinion will be able to be heard, every research will be able to be conducted without ideological coercion. Freedom of speech will be truly protected – not just for those who think "correctly".
What will the education system actually look like - who will pay?
In Israel as a Jewish-Israeli superpower, the budget will return to the parents. Every parent will receive an education voucher and choose a school that matches their values. This is how equal opportunity is preserved – without coercion and without depressing uniformity.
What about core studies and Haredim?
The state will not coerce content, but will allow freedom. Anyone who chooses to forgo core studies will not receive the education voucher and will bear responsibility for their choice. In practice, most parents will seek quality education that integrates Judaism, identity, and life tools.
What will happen to allowances and assistance for the disadvantaged in Israel as an Israeli-Jewish superpower?
Today the situation is bleak: a large portion of the money does not reach the needy, but goes to bureaucracy and officialdom. There is affirmative action for minorities, and often working Jews pay more and receive less. Disabled people, the elderly, the chronically ill, and poor families – are forced to beg and wage wars against the system.
How will this affect Diaspora Jewry's relations with Israel?
Today, Jews in the Diaspora feel alienated because Israel projects confusion and weakness. When we return the state to the people, we will project pride and confidence in our identity, and strengthen the connection with Diaspora Jewry out of inspiration and not out of apologies. Israel will be an anchor of identity for them – not just a shelter in times of trouble.
And what about the cost of this transition? How will we pay for all of this?
Today, the public pays a massive price – in taxes, bureaucracy, the cost of living, and huge government waste. When we return the state to the people, we will eliminate unnecessary taxes and barriers, reduce the public apparatus, and return power to the citizens. It won't cost more; it will save billions and free up immense resources for education, health, and infrastructure.

Society and Minorities

What will happen to the Arab citizens of Israel?
Today, the reality is a double lie : on one hand, the state grants affirmative action and immense resources; on the other hand, it is afraid to enforce the law and abandons the streets. The result: Jews feel like strangers in their own land, and the Arabs themselves live in an environment of hostility, violence, and crime. When we return the state to the people, the rules will be clear: Anyone who accepts Israel as a Jewish and sovereign state – will live here with dignity, equality before the law, and security. Anyone who refuses to accept the state's identity will be able to choose voluntary emigration, accompanied by generous compensation. No more affirmative action that favors a minority over the majority; no more abandonment of mixed cities. There will be one law for everyone, and the law will actually be enforced.
What about Druze, Christians, and Circassians?
Minorities who have proven loyalty to the State of Israel as a Jewish state – fought alongside it, paid a heavy price, and built a shared life here – deserve full recognition and respect. When we return the state to the people: Every loyal minority will receive full rights, will be able to thrive economically and socially, and will enjoy personal security. The distinction will be clear: Loyalty to the Jewish state = full rights. Hostility to the Jewish state = no political rights. This is how we will ensure stability, trust, and fairness – without confusion and without moral duplicity.
And what about LGBT rights?
Israel is not a state of religious coercion – but a state of liberty and Jewish identity. The vision of Zehut does not interfere in private life: Every person will be able to live their life as they choose, as long as they obey the law. There will be no institutional discrimination against LGBT people, just as there will be no coercion of an LGBT agenda on society as a whole. Freedom belongs to everyone – and every community will be able to shape its life and values without coercing others.

Law and Democracy

Won't you harm democracy?
Today, democracy has been hijacked by an unelected judicial system that repeatedly overrides the will of the people. This is not democracy; this is rule by bureaucrats. When we return the state to the people: Power will return to the elected officials – those who represent the people. The judicial system will return to its role: to judge according to the law, not to dictate policy. Thus, a true democracy will be renewed, where the majority determines the path, and the minority is protected in its rights.
How will you ensure that the courts do not return to rule?
We will restore the basic balance of the three branches of government: The Knesset will legislate. The Government will govern. The Supreme Court will be directly elected by the people, and the courts will judge according to the nation's values. This means that the court will not be able to strike down policy decisions or intervene in value-based questions – but will deal with justice and law enforcement. This ensures a stable and just system, without the tyranny of judges and without the tyranny of government.
What about freedom of expression?
Today, freedom of expression in Israel is selective – certain opinions receive absolute protection, while others are persecuted. When we return the state to the people: Freedom of expression will be guaranteed to everyone: right, left, religious, secular. No opinion will be banned from being heard – even if it is unpopular. Only incitement to violence will be prohibited – not political or faith-based criticism. This is how we will ensure a true, open, and diverse public sphere.

Foreign Relations and the Diaspora

How will the US respond?
The US respects strength, not weakness. Every time Israel stood its ground – relations with the US grew stronger (the Six-Day War, the destruction of the missile batteries). Every time we tried to curry favor – we suffered pressure and humiliation (Oslo, the Disengagement). When we return the state to the people, the connection with the US will be based on a true partnership – not on a relationship of dependency.
How will this affect Diaspora Jewry?
Today, Diaspora Jews are distancing themselves because Israel projects confusion and weakness. When we return the state to the people: We will project pride, identity, and self-confidence. We will be an anchor of inspiration for them, not just a shelter in times of emergency. Israel will become a global center of Jewish identity and will bring Jews from all communities closer.
And what about Europe?
Europe will continue to criticize us, because it is part of its DNA. But in the end, it will prefer to trade with us, benefit from our technology and agriculture, and cooperate on security. Reality proves: strength attracts alliances, weakness brings boycotts.
