These terms apply to the website of the non-profit for the promotion of the ideas and values of the Zehut – Israeli Jewish Movement party. This website is the official site of the non-profit (reg. no. 580-366-334), and it may be used to donate to the non-profit, view its goals and follow its activity. Any use of the website, including making a donation, constitutes agreement to act in accordance with these terms.
Performing and cancelling transactions
Through this website the non-profit enables donations toward its goals and needs in an easy, convenient and fast manner. The person performing the transaction may contact the non-profit to request a change of billing details or cancellation within 30 days of the donation notice being given by phone or made on the website. Cancellations will be made under the Consumer Protection Law, 1981. The website is secured by Cardcom in accordance with the credit-card companies' PCI standard. If the transaction is not approved by the credit-card company, the person performing it will receive a suitable notice; to complete the transaction, contact the non-profit offices at mate@zehut.org.il.
Limitation of liability
The non-profit shall bear no liability for any unlawful activity carried out by website users or for any other factor beyond its full control. The information and content published on the website are intended to provide the visitor with information about the non-profit's activities and the nature and scope of the services it makes available to the public. The non-profit and those acting on its behalf shall bear no liability for any direct, indirect or consequential damage of any kind resulting from browsing and using this website, including in respect of links to other websites.
Privacy commitment
The website operator may use a user's personal information for internal purposes only, and may transfer it to the Zehut – Israeli Jewish Movement party (reg. no. 599-001-062) and to it alone. The website operator undertakes to delete a user's personal information and make no use of it if expressly requested in writing by email to mate@zehut.org.il. The operator does not share personal, identifying information with any third party, except the party as stated or as required within a legal proceeding. The interpretation and enforcement of these terms shall be in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, and any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts in the Tel Aviv–Jaffa district.

By performing a transaction on the website, the user declares and confirms that they are 18 or older and capable of performing binding legal acts.

The website employs advanced and stringent data-security measures to ensure the confidentiality of the data and the protection of users' privacy. Credit-card clearing is performed by an external, secured and certified clearing terminal that meets the strictest international security standard, PCI-DSS Level 1. Credit-card details are never saved, stored or transmitted on the website servers at any stage, and the transfer of information to the clearing terminal is encrypted using the SSL/TLS security protocol.
